BZ: Don't ask me questions in the comments!
As I mentioned, for some messed up Google reason, I am unable to comment on my own blog.
And no, I absolutely do NOT wish to spend any more time addressing Block's ridiculous misinterpretations of what I wrote.
Understood. Hope you get your comment situation fixed soon.
ReplyDeleteYep, just read Block's response article and it was as bad as you thought. I used to think that Block was just crazy but still barely morally sound but after reading his response to your paper, I now relize that he's morally bankrupt. Anyone who thinks that the right to life implies that other people are slaves to you shouldn't even be worth consideration.
ReplyDeleteapologies for wanting to make you address his paper. I can now see why you don't want to.
ReplyDeleteAs for your comment issue, I searched it up and there seems to be some issues that might cause comments to not show up.
ReplyDelete1. Comments are disabled in settings- this one is very unlikely as I can still comment but temporarily disabling comments and reenabling might solve the bug
2. Comments are disabled in each of your blog post's settings- this one is unlikely as well but still worth temporarily enabling and disabling comments on blog posts to potentially fix the bug.
3. Comment page is embedded- Your blog might be set to embedded mode which can stop some blog owners from commenting on your own blog. To fix it, you're going to have to go to settings and check on the location of comments function and then set to full page.
(See here for more info: https://makingamark.blogspot.com/2012/09/do-you-have-problem-leaving-comments-on-Blogger-blogs.html)
4. Typing Comments on a different browser- this might work as it might be a browser issue.
5. Disabling any VPNs or antiviruses- they might interfere with blogger.
Hope at least one of these or a combination of these fixes your problem.
Apologies for breaking your no comments rule but did any of my solutions work?
