Intellectually, the above is the equivalent of "You think differently than we do in my province!"

"The times" is just the province of the ages that we happen to live in.


  1. Not exactly, or at least not the implication that there should be no preference for any province over any other. This province has access to more information and accumulated experience than all the other provinces (which is obviously not to say we always use that information and experience correctly).
