      You guys aren't against locking people in cages, right? So long as it's a private cage.

      I'm thinking it's the goat given that it's "arguing" is garbled and incoherent, but it could just as easily be the man if we interpret him as belaboring the goat's point and the goat as Gene yelling at him in frustration.
